This
last week was VERY busy! We had a 2 day exchange with Elder Nicholes and Elder
Bonnett which was fun! Elder Bonnett is a new Elder, Elder Nicholes is training
him. I don't want to say anything negative, but what I will say is that Elder
Bonnett is 22 years old, and a handful! He has a lot of potential, but just
doesn't use it towards his advantage...It will come I guess, Oh Elder Nicholes,
you will be in my prayers!
I
love Elder Nicholes, he is my hero... 'enough said!
We
had our interviews on Thursday, they went well! They were really quick, but it
was good to see president! We probably will be receiving a call from him this
Friday for the Transfer, but you never know! At first, I thought it would be
like a prison sentence to stay here for 6 months, but now I feel like I could
stay for another transfer here! It has happened, a missionary stayed for 9
months in Gap. I would be content with a transfer too, but just saying :)
Our
baptisms fell through for this week. Johnny just needs a little bit more time,
but he is progressing. Mr. Lissy is progressing well. We are starting to tear
down his wall of Catholic Tradition... or in other words, the wicked
traditions of his fathers! We take down a brick every time we see him now
ha ha! Of course we are putting back up good bricks though :) The Rubinos are
doing well too! Work is moving right on a long in Gap!
I'm
doing great, couldn't be happier, and that is the truth!
Well
I gotta go, I love you all, and can't wait to see you all again! Not too long
now ;)
Love,
Elder
Dusty Petersen
