Easily Mixed Up

Here are a few things to share from Dusty's last letter.

Oh has the week gone by. I love it here, and I love the food, the instructers, and my district. I love it all.

My companion Elder Heywood is great, although he has a few habits that bug me they are trivial, and I couldn't be happier to have him as a companion. We work great together, we even taught a lesson the other day (thats right an actual lesson) and we rocked it. Here at the MTC we have amazing resources and one of them is the TRC (Teaching Referrel Center) were we get the opportunity to teach "investigators" most of them are Lds and work at the MTC, but there have been baptisms because of the work we accomplish here at the MTC. It really helps us to gain the experience at teaching, and eventually we will do it in French ha ha. Me and Elder Heywood are doing a 15 minute lesson today.

Just to share an experience, we were contacting in French Wednesay, or attempting to do so ha. That is when we meet people and try to set up an appointment to teach them and share a message. Well I wanted to say "I know we can all be forgiven of our sins" but what I actually said was " I know we can all be forgiven of our 'peaches' " ha ha The word for sin and peaches are very similar, but can be botched completely.

I am learning so much, and the scriptures have never meant so much to me that now. You all need to follow after knowll's and Cami's example and get signed up on dearelder.com and send me some letters ha! It would be nice to hear from you all. I love you all and I want you to know my redeemer lives. I know he answers my prayers, and he knows my heart. He is feeding my soul, and I am called to do a great and marvelous work. I love you all, and can't wait to hear from you again.

Au Revoir,
Elder Petersen
